Where can I see my incoming and outgoing call list?

Welcome to the Community.

Unfortunately, a list of incoming calls is not something we can display on your Home phone invoice, this is also the case for mobility account and MyBell profiles/billing/usage.

In the instance that a list of incoming calls or any other usage is needed for legal reasons, the proper authorities will know how to request them.

With your Home phone service, only billable calls such as long distance and/or collect calls will be displayed.

Log of calls to my landline?

Does anyone know if it's possible to see a log of calls to and from my landline (display of phone numbers)? Example: Someone calls and my teenage sons answer but do not take good messages.... (other calls were received in between so can't do *69). I don't have call display, voice mail or any other special features on my land line.

Incoming calls show unknown on Bell Bill

While reviewing my Usage on My Bell, I noticed my incoming calls are showing as Unknown Caller even if I have the number saved. Is there a way I can see the numbers of all incoming calls on my bell?

Phone numbers are shown on my Telus bill. Why are they not shown on my Bell bill?

A list of incoming calls is not something that can be displayed on your Home phone invoice. This is also the case if you have a mobility account and MyBell profiles/billing/usage.

With your Home phone service, only billable calls such as long distance and/or collect calls will be displayed.

Depending on your home phone and or if you have a mobility device, there are a number of other instruments on the market that will store call history E.g. Calls missed, dialed, caller ID, duration, etc.

Home phone - Panasonic, Vtech, etc. Mobility - iPhone, Samsung, etc.

You can print up to a rolling 18 months of bills by logging into MyBell with a web browser & selecting > My bills and payments. Select > Payment history. You can now scroll through the monthly bills & choose to save or print each bill. These bills will not include any local calls. They will only include billable information & calls such as long distance. E.g. date / time, call duration, called number, charges, etc.

If you wish any of your other bills beyond the 18 months of stored billed history shown on MyBell, then you will need to contact Bell Customer Service accounts & billing. These can be reproduced for a one time fee for each of them.

FYI Only! Have a look at one of your past bills with charges & you will have a better understanding of what you can view & expect before printing or ordering any past bills.

Record of outbound call history on landline home phone

How can I view or request a list of the outgoing calls made from my landline? I'm able to see this information on the mobility side but need it for my home phone as well. I'm looking for outbound calls made to a specific number.

Thank you for your question. Local outbound calls are not included or available in your landline bill. Long distance calls are listed.

Yes, I know that local outbound calls are not on my landline bill and that it includes long distance calls. But, I am wondering how I gain access to this information, especially since Bell voluntarily provides this info. on the mobility end. Thank you

Thank you for the clarification. To the best of my knowledge, and Bell staff can respond, that information is not available for landline service, nor can it be requested. In that way it is different from cellular service.

As @dks mentioned, local calls are not recorded with Bell Home phone. Billable calls are the only calls that are maintained on file. Local calls can not be provided.

Thank you for your reply. Just to clarify, my bill is for my mobile service, not home phone. I need the phone numbers of incoming calls to be displayed in the ITEMIZED CALLS section of my bill for evidential purposes for use in court. Is it possible to obtain this type of bill for this purpose? Thanks.

Good Day.
It is not possible to obtain this type of bill. You can obtain most of the information that you are requesting by logging in to your MyBell account using any web browser & Select > Your mobile service. Select > View usage. Select > Voice, long distance and text usage. Choose > Voice, long distance or text. Dates, time, from city, to city, number called to / from, call type & duration are displayed. There will be a mix of known & unknown numbers displayed. Unknown numbers are just that. They can not be displayed due to privacy laws.
