    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day &amp;amp; Welcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you please provide us with further information?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you have Bell Call Answer as well as a portable phone system that can answer your calls?&amp;nbsp;Can you please confirm that this feature has been selected as part of your Home phone package and features?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have Call Answer, make sure it is programmed to answer at least 2-3 rings after your answering system or turn off Call Answer by dialing *93.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have a portable phone answering system, please verify your settings. Select &amp;gt; Menu on your handset &amp;amp; scroll through the "Settings &amp;amp; the Initial setup" &amp;amp; adjust accordingly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can only speculate that there is conflict with the settings on your home answering machine and Bell's Call Answer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I suspect that when you are making a test call to your home number to leave a message, Bell's Call Answer is taking the call.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you checked to see if it is activated in MyBell?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Log in to your MyBell account with your web browser. Scroll down My Services. Select &amp;gt; Home phone. Select &amp;gt; Manage My package. Select &amp;gt; &amp;nbsp;Home phone Choice. Select &amp;gt; Continue on the bottom of the page. This will take you to a Select Features screen. The features you currently have will be visibly selected. If it is not selected, you will need to do so. You can add or remove features by &amp;gt; checking or unchecking the feature. Follow the prompts. Selecting &amp;gt; No thanks. When finished, Select &amp;gt; Continue once again on the bottom of the page. Select &amp;gt; Continue once again to bypass Long Distance. Select &amp;gt; Contnue once again to review your change. Follow the prompts to confirm the change if you made any.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My voicemail on my home phone worked fine until today.&amp;nbsp; When I dial *98 it just rings busy.&amp;nbsp; When someone calls my phone now it just keeps ringing and doesn't go to voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My answering machine is no longer recording messages. When I call to leave a message the machine says there is no more space available to leave a message. There are no saved messages. I purchased a new answering &amp;nbsp;machine as I thought there may be a problem with that. I get the same message when calling&lt;/P&gt;
