    <description>&lt;P&gt;My 9400 receiver resets frequently when I am streaming On Demand. It is fine when we are watching live or recorded programs. We called 310BELL and were sent a new receiver,&amp;nbsp; and it does the same thing. Sometimes resets two or three times in a half&amp;nbsp; hour show, and sometimes not at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day &amp;amp; Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked that your cords &amp;amp; cables are fully seated at the TV &amp;amp; at the receiver? Do yo have any Error Codes or messages on your tv screen? Do you have more than one receiver? If so, are experiencing this on them as well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you rebooted your receiver by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds &amp;amp; plugging it back in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If nothing has changed with your picture &amp;amp; sound coming &amp;amp; going &amp;amp; you have no Error Codes, then I would do a receiver reset:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you can’t see any picture on your TV or it blank &amp;amp; then returns, reset your receiver by pressing and holding the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;POWER&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;button for 5 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On your Satellite TV remote, press&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;MENU&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll to and select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;System Setup&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll to and select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Factory Defaults&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Read the warning and select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has this resolved your problem?
