&lt;P&gt;Can you clarify which equipment you're using to access Amazon Prime?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this effecting a certain show/movie or all of the content you try to watch? Are you using Wi-Fi or a direct Ethernet connection?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To start we recommend that you try out the Helpful reply above (reboot your TV equipment &amp;amp; modem). Also ensure that the App and your receiver/device are fully up to date.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arris VIP 802 wireless. Other streaming services work OK. I use the Prime app on my LG tv now and bypass the Bell receiver which plays without buffering.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Bell equipment is listed n a previous reply. I am on my 3rd receiver and&amp;nbsp; 2nd modem since September. A bell repairman didn't have a cable long enough last year when the tv wireless connection was failing. Finally a giga hub modem resolved that. ($199.00) Rebooting both devices didn't fix the Prime issue. Now I watch steaming using my internet and smart tv bypassing the Bell receiver. I notice too by doing this I get a Dolby Digital display on my Harman Kardon receiver.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Our best recommendation would be to connect your box via ethernet cord instead of WiFi or moving your box closer to the modem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Modem is only 3 feet from this box. We left rogers hoping for better service but buffering is worse than slow internet speed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whole home 2000, smart tv, Amazon Prime.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep losing connection when accessing Amazon Prime. I have rebooted, reseated, changed cables, all hardware units, and upgraded all software,andc re-register at Amazon. Connection works for a bit and then gets flaky. The problem remains.&amp;nbsp; When I disconnect the Bell Fibe wireless receiver the problem goes away. No problem when watching regular TV channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody know why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through all sorts of testing and the only thing works is to disconnect the receiver and then there is no problem with Prime. Don't who has the problem, U am content yo just unplug the Bell satalite receiver for the TV and a is well&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a VIP2502 RECEIVER and a SAMSUNG SMART TV.&amp;nbsp; Definitely there is interference thus further supported by fact it is intermittent/unpredictable.&amp;nbsp; Space is an undue so close proximity may indeed be the problem. No option in separation so unplugging the receiver is best option for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only pattern I can determine is that daytime viewing presents no problem. Problem happens in evening when load is heavier. This pattern opens the possibility that the router VAP2500 or the modem Bell 2000 is overloaded. Maybe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with Jake cuŕrently.we are watching one series with 20+ seasons about 5 episodes in it starts the blue circle&amp;nbsp;buffer. We reboot both the modem and the vip unit and all is well. We like one unit for remote so we put up with it. When I use the app on my TV directly all is very good no buffering. To bad my tv can't use the fibe app on my old samsung. BELL NEEDS TO FIX IT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
