Can you use a shaw pvr with your 9500 pvr as a storage device?

A Shaw pvr is not an External HD is it a pvr. There is a hard drive in the Shaw pvr. There is no method of connecting & reconfiguring it to be a standalone External HD. It is definitely not compatible with Bell 9500 Whole Home PVR.
