    <description>&lt;P&gt;We’ve been experiencing this issue since IOS 15, at least. Bell is clearly not able to fix this issue. “Maybe wait until later” isn’t an acceptable answer when multiple people have come to this thread for guidance on why their paid service is so unreliable. Bell has continued to tell us the issue is with our devices when it’s clearly a software issue. I’m just glad I’m receiving a credit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really don’t know what you are looking for. Bell is generating error code&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1009n/19&lt;/SPAN&gt; and you should know what it means.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I phone 13 and everything is updated!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you can see, I am able to get in the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do not use any VPN. I am on wifi on my BELL home internet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That error is caused by corrupted data on the devices video player.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We recommend that you first log out of the Fibe TV app, and then a simple restart of your device should clear that right up. Also, ensure that your device and the Fibe TV app is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let us know if you are still having trouble afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I am airplaying on IOS and my Fibe TV app crashes about 20 minutes into whatever show I’m watching. This happens on all shows. I’ve had this issue for a couple of weeks now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m using an iphone with IOS 15.4.1, have deleted and re-installed the app and restarted the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As this is clearly a software issue, please advise on timelines for a fix and the credit I’ll be receiving until the fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I asked Bell for support on this issue being related to Apple and not with the app itself, and they did not reply. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Looks like Bell is trying to dodge accountability! I contacted Bell and was given a credit until they can fix the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bell is indeed claiming this issue is with Apple devices and the error we’re ALL seeing is with Apple’s IOS, not Bell’s Fibe TV app. I asked Bell for proof of this error being Apple related so I could approach Apple directly for a solution, however Bell did not respond to me. I recommend reaching out to Bell and getting a credit!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
