Can I pay my equipment rental off?

I have had two receivers since December 1 2021 but on my bill it shows I am in month 35? Can I pay it ahead to month 60 and get rid of this monthly cost?

I wish i could assist you with this request. There is no option to pay off the remaining rental fees in advance of the 60-month rental threshold.

After you reach 60-months of continuous receiver rental charges on your two receivers, the monthly rental receiver fee will automatically be removed on the following monthly bill.

There is no provision built in into the computer system that allows for you to pay it forward. The timeline for this is encoded in the software & cannot be adjusted.
