 &lt;LI&gt;Are you deleting the recordings off of the Fibe TV App, or directly off the TV receiver?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is it a specific recording or all of which you've tried to delete?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are the recordings present on all receivers/devices after you have deleted them?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Unable to permanently delete recordings via Fibe TV App or Browser</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For a few weeks (noticed late Nov 2023) i am not able to permanently delete recordings.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Using Fibe TV App ( 2 different phones) nor through a web browser.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The recordings appear to delete, but they re-appear in my Recodings page after I refresh.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It just doesn't get removed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can't Access PVR on TV</title>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I can't access my PVR recordings on my TV anymore. I've tried rebooting them BELL Fibe box, as it has been suggested but still nothing. My PVR is full, but when I delete recordings from the BELL Fibe app on my phone or computer, they just come right back when I open the app again. I know I have to delete the original recordings from the PVR on the TV, but no matter what I try it says it's unavailable and to reboot the box. Please help, I am beyond frustrated and thinking I might have to cancel Bell Fibe if nothing works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As an addendum to my previous reply, if you record a program or series on one TV and pause the recording without stopping the playback &amp;amp; continue watching the playback at a later time on a different TV, you can also run into this conflict in not being able to delete the recording.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You must stop playback on your main TV if you wish continue playback on your other TV.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello…thank you for all your advice and I did everything you said even to the point of clearing the cache after I deleted about 10 programs but they keep coming back and now I have almost 100 shows I need to delete and I don’t know what I am going to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;My Fibe receiver stopped working and we are now using the Fibe TV app. I tried deleting the old recordings we had on the receiver (which we can’t watch on the app) but they keep reappearing in the app’s Recordings section. How can I permanently delete these old recordings?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thank you for responding.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I had been using Bell Fibe TV through a receiver. About a month ago, the receiver stopped working. I went through the troubleshooting process got a replacement receiver and that didn’t work. I then went through the troubleshooting process again and got a new Home Hub modem. That didn’t work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I went through troubleshooting a third time and was supposed to be escalated to a senior tech who would call me back that same day. Never got a call.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;So I gave up and switched to using the Bell Fibe TV app. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Last week we got a new Fire TV stick and downloaded the Bell Fibe TV app again so everything is pretty new. It shouldn’t be a cache problem. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The recordings on our receiver should have been erased but they’re appearing on the app. I delete them but they reappear. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I do not have access to your account &amp;amp; equipment records. Fibe TV or FibeTV APP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will assume you have Fibe TV &amp;amp; that you are using the Fibe TV app as a substitute to watch Fibe TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has your receiver been fixed? Were you given a trouble ticket number? If not, then I would kindly ask you to reach out once again &amp;amp; call Bell Fibe TV Tech support &amp;amp; explain to the service representative that your receiver is still not working &amp;amp; that you are using the Fibe TV app as an interim solution. You can request to speak to a Bell manager. Please call:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="tel:18667978686" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;1 866 797-8686&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You mentioned that your Fibe TV receiver stopped working. Which model of receiver were you using? Would it be the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;VIP5662W &lt;/SPAN&gt;4K Whole Home PVR receiver or the VIP7802 Cloud PVR?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can only speculate that this may be the cause of your problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The VIP 5662W stores the recording on the PVR hard drive. If the PVR is not working, you will not be able to delete the recordings from it until it is either repaired or replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The VIP7802 Fibe TV box stores your recordings&amp;nbsp;at Bell on a Cloud PVR for 60 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can also access these recordings on the Fibe TV app&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can use the Fibe TV app to access your Fibe TV service. There are limitations in terms of what you can or cannot with the Fibe TV app. This is just one example of what you cannot do with the Fibe TV app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let us know if we can be of further assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Take care.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
