Fibe TV Fibe TV App, or Satellite TV.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What is the model number of the receiver that you are encountering this problem on?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is this a onetime occurrence or does occur on all recorded shows?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you rebooted your receiver by unplugging it from the power source?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you checked for any lose cables or connectors?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Depending on the model of PVR that you are using, you could be experiencing a hard disk failure.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried to do any troubleshooting?       <title>"A problem was encountered when opening the files for this PVR event. Error code 04”</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An hour long show recorded for the entire time but when I go to watch screen says “a problem was encountered when opening the files for this pvr event. Error code 04”. &amp;nbsp;When I click on “start” it switches to “done”. Unfortunately this show is not available on any streaming platforms&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
