      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you subscribed with the Bell Fibe TV app? If you use the Streamer (or other device), you should reboot it after adding the channels. If they still don't show up, log into My Bell and have an online chat with support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How are you accessing the Bravo 1411? I have you just verified that is working on Bell Fibe TV &amp;amp; the Fibe TV app. on channel 1411. Which TV receiver are you using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you verified that it has been added to your channel list in your Menu and Guide settings? You may need to add Channel 1411. Select &amp;gt; Settings. Menu and guide. Select &amp;gt; Customize guide. Choose channel. Follow the prompts. &amp;amp; save. remove&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The instructions I have provided are for the VIP 5662W &amp;amp; VIP2502.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have included the following web link to assist you in Customizing the TV Channel Guide. Select your remote. Select &amp;gt; Step-by-step tutorials. &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried rebooting all your equipment (receiver and modem)?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you experiencing any other channels issues or just missing the free previews?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are they missing from your guide or are they indicating you're not subscribed?&lt;/LI&gt;
