    <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem was with one receiver only. I rebooted it and the thumbnails are all back. I can't believe I didn't try that before posting. Anyway it's fine now. Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you encountering this problem with the Fibe TV app or with a a specific receiver or device. In either case, power the device completed off &amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; restart it to see if it makes a difference. If the problem is associated with the Fibe TV app, remove the app &amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; reinstall it on your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if this resolves your problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
