how to add stackTV for Bell fibe programming channel and packages

trying to add STACKTV package add-on unable to find icon to add through MyBell. Google says it can be done. has anybody succeeded?

STACKTV is not available on MyBell as an Add-on if you have Bell Fibe TV service.

STACKTV is available to: standalone Fibe TV app subscribers in Ontario & Québec in addition to the Standard and Premium Fibe TV app packages.

StackTV is a Canadian subscription video streaming package offered by Corus Entertainment.

Fibe TV app subscribers can: add STACKTV to their programming through: MyBell
