Fibe TV box - keeps returning to Home Screen

My fibe tv box keeps returning to the Home Screen in the middle of a program. I have 3 tv boxes but only the one does it. I’ve rebooted my system a number of times and it’s still doing it!

any suggestions?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
We would recommend using a premium HDMI cord if possible / another HDMI cord. If that doesn't resolve the issue, we'd then recommend performing a factory reset of the impacted receiver. This can be done by clicking the small button on the side of the receiver which will open a menu. From there, you will select Factory Reset and then follow the prompts.
