If that doesn't resolve the issue, we'd then recommend performing a factory reset of the impacted receiver. This can be done by clicking the small button on the side of the receiver which will open a menu. From there, you will select Factory Reset and then follow the prompts.&lt;BR /&gt;Please let us know how that goes.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Fibe TV box - keeps returning to Home Screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My fibe tv box keeps returning to the Home Screen in the middle of a program. I have 3 tv boxes but only the one does it. I’ve rebooted my system a number of times and it’s still doing it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
