If this does not solve your problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you verified that you do not have any loose connections between your receiver &amp;amp; TV?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried changing your HDMI cable?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you connecting to a Smart TV?       <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a messge when I attempt to turn off TV with Fibe Voice Remote. I have had service understand this with no luck.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get this when my remote is not set up to control my tv power and sound.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tv box goes off from the remote but the tv is still on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it worked before, then a few possibilities.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Batteries, the remote is failing, or became unpaired.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only know the 7802 android box.
