How are you accessing the Bell Virtual repair tool? Are you logged in to your MyBell account? Have you rebooted your device? Are you at home &amp;amp; connected to your Bell home Wi-Fi network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can access the Virtual repair tool by selecting the web link I have included or by way of the MyBell app on your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check out the following web link below.
