      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day &amp;amp; Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please verify that all of the cables to your TV and satellite receiver are securely fastened, e.g. no lose connectors, fasteners, etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have any messages on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;front panel of your satellite receiver that may indicate that it hasn't booted up properly?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you tried to do a hard boot on your receiver?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Unplug the set-top box's power cord from the back of the set-top box or from the wall outlet.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Leave unplugged for 30 seconds and plug back in.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The set-top box should boot up properly in approximately than 90 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
