&lt;P&gt;Which TV receiver do you have? Please try pairing your remote to the receiver again to see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>My receiver stays in sleep mode when I turn on TV and receiver</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last evening, I turned on my TV and Box.&amp;nbsp; The box's light went from green to white to green (as usual), the TV turned on, but it said no signal.&amp;nbsp; I pushed OK on the remote and the box came on and worked fine.&amp;nbsp; It happened again this morning.&amp;nbsp; I used to be able to push the power button once, and the TV and box turned on.&amp;nbsp; The issue only occurs when the box has been off for several hours (ie overnight).&amp;nbsp; None of my settings changed and everything works fine once the box wakes up.&amp;nbsp; I have done a reboot and have the box set to never go into sleep mode.&amp;nbsp; Was there an update done that is causing this issue??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for reaching out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you clarify which TV receiver you are using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the receiver is not turning off at the same time as you turn the TV off, resulting in the receiver going into standby mode after a certain period of time. Can you try pairing your remote to the receiver again to see if that makes a difference?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Merry Christmas to all, I have the following issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I just received this new 9500 receiver from Bell last week.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My system is a 9500 receiver, my Sharp Aquos is not a smart TV. We have connected a Google Chrome cast to the system. Every day when you turn the system for the first time I cannot get any signal from the receiver. We have to reboot the receiver. It goes through the process and then operates as intended. Any thoughts out there as to what I should/need to do? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
