      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi .&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My remote for fibe suddenly stopped working. When I press the power button nothing lights up. I changed to batteries twice and used the different sets in different other devices so I know the batteries work. At first when I changed the batteries the red light for Bell displayed but then stopped after a couple tries.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The remote will no longer activate the TV for fibe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it's within the first 12 months, the remote should still be under warranty. We'd be happy to replace it.&amp;nbsp; Outside of warranty, it would be either a $30 or $50 charge (depending on the remote model), and we'd be happy to ship a new one straight to your door.&amp;nbsp; You can order them online too, and any of our agents would be happy to assist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I have a Samsung Smart TV. It is also equipped to search for your provider &amp;amp; TV. It will offer up to you more than one remote control solution. If the first sound mute solution works but does not control the TV power, then you need to try the next one. I was on the fourth mute solution &amp;amp; it was then, that &amp;nbsp;my remote found the correct power on / off &amp;amp; mute combination for my remote, Samsung TV &amp;amp; Bell Fibe HD receiver to work properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matching your tv remote, your model of tv &amp;amp; your Bell equipment is not as easy as it sounds. Try thinking beyond the box. I did …. It will work. It is like a puzzle that looks complex, has only 3 pieces &amp;amp; in my case there were 12 variables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only the right combination will work!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care…patience is a virtue. I may be wrong, but everything you have mentioned leads me to believe that your remote is not paired correctly to match the model of TV that you have. Have you contacted the manfacturer? E.g.
