&lt;P&gt;If you are still having trouble please follow the steps below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot the receiver.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Restart your TV.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Unplug then replug the HDMI cable.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how everything is working after that.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Black TV screen - error 1009r/4001</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;apps work ok but tv is black and error code 1009r/4001 internet shows only 1/4 top right of screen the rest in blank&lt;/P&gt;</description>
