I'm a little confused, does the good package include american networks like NBC, CBS, ABC, and Fox?

The Good Package does not include NBC, CBS, ABC, and Fox. The Better & Best packages include these U.S. networks.

If you wish to add these stations to the existing Good Package, you can do so by logging in MyBell. Select > TV Service. Select > Modify Channel line-up. Select > Specialty and more. Select > Timeshift. $5.00 /mo.

Time-shift includes the Canadian time zone channels plus one US time zone channel.

I have the better package, which one would carry the pga golf once the golf channel stops during the major tournaments

A very good question. For the third & final rounds of the Open are on Saturday & Sunday. NBC & TSN will begin their air golf coverage at 7:00 a.m. E.T.
