Alert Ready - Channel redirects

Enough already with the channel redirection to the emergency notification channel. I sure dont need to be redirected every 2 minutes. Been getting the redirect for an hour now and would just like to watch the TV already.

It is the role of the relevant provincial, territorial and federal authorities to determine the content of an alert, the area in which it is distributed and its timing. All wireless service providers have the capability to distribute emergency alerts.

it good to have alert ready , understand that it keeps going there . I had it last year and other years when forest fires were going on it was alerting me and phone did not get it .
