Good Day.

Thank you for providing this information. I wish there was something more I could do for you. The problem appears to be directly related to the firmware update that was recently installed on your TV. You should be able to use any active HDMI input. I checked out the specs for your TV. It is manufacturer discontinued. It does have 3 HDMI inputs one of which is eARC/ARC.

After the firmware update, have you tried resetting the TV back to factory default then running the Guided setup once again?

In the interim, you can still watch Bell Fibe TV on a Roku TV by using a workaround:

Connect a compatible device, such as a Bell Streamer, Chromecast, or Amazon Fire TV, to your Roku TV's HDMI port and install the Fibe TV app on the device that you are using. You can then use the device to watch the Bell Fibe TV app on your Roku TV.

The Bell Fibe TV app, it is not directly compatible with Roku TVs.

Take care.
