&lt;P&gt;Were these services linked to your Bell account? Has your account been fully closed or is it still active on MyBell?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you just cancelled your Bell services and are now trying to activate the Crave / TSN immediately on the Crave website, there may be conflict with your account if TSN &amp;amp; Crave were linked to your Bell account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To sign up for Crave after cancelling your Bell subscription, visit the Crave website (&lt;A class="" href="https://www.crave.ca/en" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;crave.ca&lt;/A&gt;) and click "Subscribe" to create a new direct subscription to Crave, as your Bell-linked account is no longer active.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did you have a Bell email address?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You may need to use a different email than the one previously linked to your Bell account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just cancelled Bell (tv and internet) but now want to subscribe to Crave (the Crave/TSN bundle).&amp;nbsp; When I try to subscribe though, it still recognizes me as a Bell subscriber and I get an error message.&amp;nbsp; How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp; Not a bell email address but didn't want to totally leave mybell since I just returned equipment.&amp;nbsp; Did exactly what you described but got an error message. Didn't want to have to use a different email address but may try that!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
