Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Please power the Bell VIP 2502 receiver completely off by unplugging the power cord. Go to your modem. Do you see any error messages on your modem? If not, then we want you to reboot your modem. In order to reboot your modem, we need for you unplug your modem from its power source, wait 30 sec., then plug your modem back in. This process will take approximately 5 min. to complete. Once your modem is fully powered up and there are no flashing lights, verify your TV is on and then plug your VIP2502 receiver back into its power source.

This should take 2-5 min. for your receiver to startup & load the information. You should see flickering lights, off then on, Bell Logo, picture, no sound, then picture with sound.

If after completing these steps and your issue persists, then I would suggest that you contact Bell Fibe TV Tech Support for further help. Please call at: 1 866 797-8686

Take care.

My Bell VIP2502 receiver lights are stuck on. Cannot connect to the bell hub. Have tried resetting modem and unplugging receiver but nothing works. Has anyone encountered this and have a fix?
