      <title>Fibe TV App - Not Available in this Country</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can get Bell Fibe Tv App on all my devices except Tv. Been on the phone twice w technical support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I when I go and try to I stall it from Google Store it says that it is not available in this country…I am in Canada. I did originally setup a Samsung phone, I was in Belgium - I have created a new profile as suggested and address is in Canada. Current have an Amazon Stick, however do so need a Bell receiver.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you share the make and model of your TV and which device are you attempting to download the Fibe TV app on; is it your TV, a Android device or the Amazon Fire Stick you mentioned?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was in a resort in Cuba and used the Fibe app without knowing it wouldn’t work outside Canada. &amp;nbsp; Now that I’m back in Canada, the app either runs and stops later with an error message saying I’m not in Canada, or gives me the error immediately. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I deleted the app from my iPad, closed all the apps, rebooted the iPad and reinstalled the Fibe app, but it has not helped. &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions ? &amp;nbsp;Has anyone had similar problems ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for replying !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still having the same issue with my IPad Pro (11 inch) IOS 15.6.1. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Sometimes the app gives me an error message saying content is not available outside Canada as soon as I select a channel, and sometimes it plays for awhile and stops later with the error message. &amp;nbsp; I have removed the app, closed all other windows, shut off the iPad, waited awhile, then restarted the iPad and reinstalled the app - no change in behaviour. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i’ve noticed that I have the same issue when I run a browser and access tv.bell.ca website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am not having trouble with my TVs. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It’s difficult to say with certainty, because the app sometimes runs for awhile before giving me the error message about not working outside Canada, but “Yes” - I think that when the VPN is shut off the app does seem to work fine. &amp;nbsp;This is okay when I’m at home and using my secure home wifi, but when I’m away from home, I’m most often using the app over a hotel or airport or cafe wifi network where I’m not comfortable working without a VPN. &amp;nbsp;I’m hoping the app doesn’t require that I not use a VPN!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’m currently using ExpressVPN - are there specific VPNs tested and recommended for use with the Fibe app?&lt;/P&gt;

I use to live in the vicinity across from Detroit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can offer up the following suggestions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Verify your location setting device. E.g. Apple &amp;gt; &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Privacy &amp;amp; Security &amp;gt; Location Services &amp;gt; Fibe TV &amp;gt; Select While Using the App &amp;amp; Precise location.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to settings on the Fibe TV app. Log out. Log back in &amp;amp; select &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Easiest&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This will automatically connect you to Fibe TV when your Wi-Fi connection at home is available. If you are away from home,&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Best&lt;/STRONG&gt; would be your choice for accessing Fibe TV on another Wi-Fi network.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note, the settings I have provided in suggestion 1 above are for all Apple devices only&amp;nbsp; You will find similar settings in most other manufacturers devices in their settings / configurations. Is this problem related to when you are at home or when you are away from home? Are these personal home computers with Windows 10 or 11?&amp;nbsp; or are they managed &amp;amp; connected to a small or large business network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When at home, your IP address for all of your devices should be the same.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have technically been paying for the Bell Fibe TV app, but every time I try to actually download the app it says "app not available in your country." I'm assuming this is because I'm from the US and the app store still thinks I'm in the US or something. Would really appreciate support on how to download the app. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
