    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting your question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sometimes, even if something is not working quite right on your Samsung TV, there may not be an update available right away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you notice that an app is not working on your Samsung TV, please check out this Samsung weblink:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A title="" href="https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003027/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Samsung Apps not working.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; This might be all you need to fix your problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Some apps will be fixed by a downloadable software update, but other app updates or Smart Hub updates will download and install automatically.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Have you tried to do any trouble shooting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are all of your other apps working on your Samsung Smart TV?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you check to see if there is a pending Crave app update that needs to be applied?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried to remove &amp;amp; reinstall the Crave app on your Samsung Smart TV? If not, please do so.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you done a full power off / on with your Smart TV?
