      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday my PVR stopped working as I was watching a recorded show. Tried rebooting several times &amp;amp; still not working. Today I can still watch live tv but cannot go into my recordings…keep getting error message 024. Also tried to set up a new recording and am not able to do that &amp;amp; can’t my preset recordings not working. What can be done to fix this? My PVR is 9242. It had been working fine till now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Error code 024 has to do with a feature issue on the PVR. In your case, you can not access recordings on the H.D.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;resetting your receiver by pressing and holding the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;POWER&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button on your receiver for at least 5 seconds until it resets.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If after the reset, you still have this issue, please call: Bell Satellite TV technical support:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="tel:18887593474" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;1 888 759-3474&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day &amp;amp; Welcome&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error code 024 has to do with the hard disk on your satellite PVR. It is not allowing you to access the stored recordings on the hard drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;resetting your receiver by pressing and holding the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;POWER&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button on your receiver for at least 5 seconds until it resets.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If this does not resolve your issue, power your receiver completely off by unplugging it from its power source. &lt;P&gt;If you continue to have any trouble let me know. And, be sure to include details related to which channel/show you are trying to record.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As well as if this is affecting all shows that you previously recorded or only those you tried to record while the Satellite Guide issue was going on. It is important to note that any&amp;nbsp;recordings that were scheduled during the guide issue may be missing/unavailable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I don't have error code popping up, recording programs with and without the timer are working.&amp;nbsp; When I hit the pvr button the screen comes up for My Recordings but anything I had previously recorded is gone.&amp;nbsp; I powered the receiver off for 1 minute, powered up, same result...no previously recorded programs are available.&amp;nbsp; It shows 0 events. &lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, any lost recordings cannot be restored.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We do want to ensure everything is working properly moving forward though. Can you test by scheduling a brand new recording to make sure it saves and plays back properly?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/884"&gt;@mary&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Do you have another receiver, and is the same error code popping up on that one as well, or is it working as expected?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Back in December one receiver quit working properly.&amp;nbsp; I could not record anything and all my recordings were gone.&amp;nbsp; I could not fast forward or reverse on the remote.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was told that the hard drive on the receiver was gone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I did call in about it and they said that they would send a new smart card, which I got and activated but I still have the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The second 9241 receiver had not been used in months.&amp;nbsp; When i set it up same problem.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was told also that the hard drive was gone on it as well.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Is the 9241 now obsolete?&amp;nbsp; I don't understand how the hard drive could go on two recievers, especially when one was not being used at all.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If I was to replace one, what is the cost to rent or to buy?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
