Does the Voice Remote have the ability to power On/Off a Stereo and TV?

Does the Bell Voice Remote have the ability to power on/off multiple devices. Within Settings, under the Bell Remote Setup menu, it will only allow the setup of 1 device, to power On/Off. I currently have the Bell Receiver Box hooked up to the Stereo's HDMI Input, and the stereo's HDMI Output hooked up to the TV. When selecting the power button on the Bell Remote, it will only power the Stereo on/off and not the TV. If anyone has experienced this issue and knows of solution, please let me know. Thanks and most appreciated.

Good Day & Welcome.

You can connect a Bell Fibe TV box (such as the 7802 or Streamer) to a TV with HDMI-CEC & an audio receiver utilizing the HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port on your TV for optimal control and sound.

This can be achieved providing your TV and your audio receiver are compatible and connected via HDMI (specifically ARC/eARC ports). This will allow you to use the TV’s power-switching feature to control the receiver.

Connect & pair your Bell Fibe TV box to your TV.
Access your TV’s settings menu and turn on HDMI-CEC (Samsung: Anynet+, Sony: BRAVIA Sync, LG: SimpLink).
Connect the receiver’s HDMI Output (ARC) to the TV’s HDMI Input (ARC).
When you turn off the TV with the Bell remote, the TV will send a signal to turn off the receiver simultaneously.

Most modern audio/AV receivers feature automatic power-on/off (Auto Standby) and input switching. These functions usually rely on HDMI-CEC (for TV/source control), or built-in auto-standby settings that shut down the unit after a set period of inactivity, such as 5–20 minutes.

If your receiver does not support HDMI ARC, connect the Fibe TV box directly to an HDMI input on the TV, then run an Optical/Toslink cable from the TV to the receiver for audio. This will allow you to control the audio but will not necessarily control the audio receiver's power on / off. This can be achieved if your audio receiver includes auto-standby power settings.

As you suggested, going into the settings of the TV with the HDMI Arc Input technology, and turning on the HDMI Arc feature, has resolved the issue, thus powering On/Off the TV simultaneously with the Stereo.
