    <description>&lt;P&gt;After the latest update on the firestick, the problem has started up again.&amp;nbsp; It happens on both wifi and ethernet.&amp;nbsp; When the fibe app starts and a channel is selected, there is about 10-15 seconds of pixelation/ poor video quality then it self corrects.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It only happens on live tv when the app is first opened.&amp;nbsp; Changing the channel within the 15 second period will correct the issue immediately.&amp;nbsp; Happening on multiple firesticks/tvs.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Fibe TV app on my Firestick: Live TV is pixelated at startup</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lately I have noticed when I open the Bell app on my firestick, the live tv is pixelated at startup.&amp;nbsp; It takes about 10 seconds then the picture improves.&amp;nbsp; If I switch the channel it immediately improves.&amp;nbsp; It only happens when I am starting the app, and only on live tv.&amp;nbsp; No other apps experience this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its happening on all my firesticks, both wired and wifi.&amp;nbsp; I have cleared the cache, reinstalled the app and same thing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It mostly occurs on the ethernet connection, but sometimes on WiFi.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I have an adapter.&amp;nbsp; But it only occurs on the Fibe app, and only at first start up on live tv - does not occur on recordings.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Yes and yes.&amp;nbsp; Both TVs use a firestick.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found that for some reason, Fibe TV is much worse when connected to Ethernet as opposed to WiFi on my Firestick. I leave the Firestick on WiFi all the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Clearly there is an issue with the Fibe TV app then.&amp;nbsp; This will need to be addressed especially if Bell is discontinuing the 7802 at some point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I think I found the solution.&amp;nbsp; On the Fibe app on the Firestick there is a setting called picture on picture.&amp;nbsp; I set it to off and now there is no buffering/pixelation at start up. Works equally well on ethernet and wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
