&lt;P&gt;Were you able to run a check switch on the 6131 to see if it fails?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are still having trouble we recommend that you unplug all receivers, remove/reinsert the smart cards, wait 2 full minutes and then plug receivers back in one at a time and test to see if they are working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We recommend unplugging the equipment to reboot, and also please ensure that all of the cords are securely connected.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error 004 on the 6500 is an issue detected on the Multidish switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try the following:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power down the unit. Unplug the receiver power. Make sure all of your connections are seated properly. Wait 30 seconds. Plug the receiver back in.&amp;nbsp; Remove the Smart Card. Wait 30 seconds. Reinsert the card. Bell says I have to pay for the technician! That makes zero sense. The problem is with their equipment and not on my end or anything I did. Why is the consumer forced to pay for their faulty equipment when I already pay enough for satellite services?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
