Hey there @Aptic

Thank you for your post, and for all of the troubleshooting you have already done.

Can you clarify which TV and Firestick display settings you tested? Could you test the “Match Original Frame Rate” setting? Try watching with it ON for a while and OFF as well to see if there is an improvement.

Let us know how that goes,

Firestick 4k Max - TSN/SN - video quality issues

A few days ago I started to get screen judder on all the TSN and SN channels. It only occurs on the Firestick 4K max, 1st gen, not the 2gen. It does not occur on any of my other devices. I tried two different Firestick 4K max 1st gen, on two different tvs, both wired and wifi - with the same issues. The screen judder does not happen if I go to TSN or SN 4K channels with the 1st gen. No other channels are affected. Of course I did a reboot, unistalled/reinstalled the Bell app, played around with all the different tv and firestick display settings - but same issue. I am assuming either Bell or Amazon did an update which is impacted these channels. Any ideas?

@BellPatricia I tried all the dislplay settings on both the firestick and sony and samsung tvs, including match original frame rate. I have discovered the issue occurs on any firestick running Fire OS7, which explains why the 2gen max firesticks work fine, because they are running OS8. Unfortunately, the older firesticks won't update to 8. Within the last couple of weeks, either Bell or Amazon did an update that is causing the judder.
