Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.

Which Bell receiver model are you currently using?

YouTube is available as an app on Bell Fibe TV. You can access it directly on compatible receivers (such as the 4K Whole Home PVR or Android TV-powered Fibe TV boxes) by pressing the Apps button on your remote and selecting YouTube from the on-screen menu.

What is YouTube on Fibe TV and how do I use it? : What do I need to get started?

YouTube is not available directly on the Bell Satellite TV receivers. To watch YouTube on your television, you will need to use an external streaming device, Smart TV, etc. You can connect an Amazon Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, or Google Chromecast to a separate HDMI input on your TV & download the YouTube app from the online store.

Take care.

My guess is that Alphabet doesn't sell YouTube subscriptions through middlemen.

Bell owns Crave so it makes sense for them to sell subscriptions. My guess is that Disney and Netflix have some.sort of commission-type system for third party subscription sellers.
