Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV, Fibe TV App, Satellite TV.
What is the make and model of the devices or receivers that you are using to access Bell TV?
Please describe the issue at hand. Tell us more about the remote control that you are using, e.g. make and model. (Fibe TV or Satellite TV Remote control, TV remote, Firestick, Apple, etc.)
Have you change the batteries?
Have you rebooted your device and or Smart TV? If not please do a full power cycle off by unplugging the power cords. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cords back in to see if this makes a difference
Have you done any troubleshooting?
