I am unable to select movie with shopping cart icon in Crave despite having a subscription, why?

Thank you for posting your question.

Is your you Crave subscription through Bell TV or Bell Mobility?
A selection of content is available for free with a Bell Media Account. If content displays a shopping cart icon, it requires a Crave subscription.

Verify that your account is still active and that you are signed into the correct Crave account.
Confirm that your subscription is correctly linked to your Bell Media Account. You can verify this in by signing in or creating a Bell Media account: Bell Media sign in portal
If your subscription has become unlinked, you can relink it by signing in Sign In Through TV Provider or use the mobile link.

How to Create and Link Your Account

From the Crave home page, select Sign In.
On the next page, select Sign In Through TV Provider.
Choose to sign in via QR code or web (crave.ca/providername).
Select your TV provider from the list and enter your credentials.
Note: If you have an existing, linked Bell Media Account, it will be recognized here. Enter the activation code to proceed.
If you don't have a Bell Media Account, you will be prompted to create one (a one-time requirement). Provide your email and password. A verification email will be sent to complete the process.

Log in to the app with your MyBell username and password.
Tap the On Demand icon in the bottom navigation bar.
From the By Channel list, select Crave.
Select the Crave logo in either the English or French section.

Are you able to share what movie you were attempting to select?
Does anything happen when you select the movie (advising you to purchase, rent or requires subscription), or does nothing happen at all?
Please note that some television shows and movies may show within Crave, but may require further subscription add-ons (such as STARZ for example).
