Subscribing directly to Crave vs through Bell

I inadvertently subscribed to this service thru the Crave site. Did not realize there was a difference between mybell and this option. Now I can't watch certain programs on the TV, only the app. Other than canceling and resubscribing do I have other options?

There is no difference in the actual content or service. Bell Crave and the Crave app are the exact same streaming platform owned by Bell Media.

You can watch Crave on your Bell TV receiver only if your Crave subscription is billed directly through your Bell TV programming package. If you signed up for Crave directly on the Crave website or through a separate mobile/promotional offer, it will not work on standard TV receivers.

You are responsible for managing your existing Crave subscription to prevent duplication. Subscriptions purchased directly from Crave will not be automatically paused or cancelled if you wish to subscribe through Bell.

If you subscribe to Crave through Bell, (such as via Bell Fibe TV or Bell Mobility), you are simply bundling or paying for your subscription through your Bell account, but you use the same standard Crave app or website to watch your shows.

The programming catalog, movies, and shows available to you are identical; the only difference is whether you pay for the service directly through Crave or link a Bell provider login to authenticate your account.

If you wish to only have one Crave streaming account & wish to watch it on your Bell receiver, then you would need to cancel your existing account and sign up with Bell. You can subscribe to Crave on its own through Bell. You will be able to keep your watching history and manage your bill through Bell.
