Good Day & Welcome @VPN user

Thank you for posting your question. We would like to assist you but in order to do so, we need for you to provide us with some further details.

Which Bell TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV or Fibe TV App?

You mentioned: " certain local stations are not longer what able directly on the app." Can you be more specific?

Are you experiencing this issue from at home and as well as when you are away from home and not connected to your Bell Wi-Fi network?

You mentioned that you have installed a VPN on your devices. When watching Bell Fibe TV on your iPad, I would recommend turning any active VPN off, as this can affect the geolocation and cause issues when viewing content.

Are you using any other third-party equipment such as a router? If that is the case, please ensure your devices are connected directly to your Bell modem instead.

Not all channels are available for viewing when using the Fibe TV app and you are not connected to your Bell Internet home network. Some stations do not have mobile licensing.

U.S. channels like NBC, CBS, ABC, or FOX on the Fibe TV App are not available due to licensing restrictions and home internet network requirements. These channels are only available for in home viewing on the receiver or through the Fibe TV app. You must be connected to your Bell Internet service.

To use the app remotely, you need to login with your MyBell credentials & have access to a Wi-Fi network. You would choose the "Best" way connecting in this case. Please refer to these instructions:

Fibe TV service:

When connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have unlimited devices watching content simultaneously and unlimited devices registered. You can choose the "Easiest" way for connecting.

When not connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have three devices watching content simultaneously and five devices registered.

Fibe TV app service:

When connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have two devices watching content simultaneously and unlimited devices registered.

When not connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have two devices watching content simultaneously and five devices registered.

Here is a link to better assist you in using the Fibe TV App:

Fibe TV app setup, and instructions on to use it.

Let us know.

Take care.

Yes, a VPN will prevent the loading and/or playback of the Fibe TV app and channels within your Fibe TV package. For Fibe TV to operate, your Bell Internet subscription and location are required to be verified in order to load, display or playback your subscribed channels. A VPN masks your IP, location and other information that must be verified. Disabling the VPN will return full functionality of the Fibe TV app and playback.
