Sportsnet App saying subscription required

Hello,

I am subscribed to the regional and national Sportsnet channels through my Bell TV account. When I log in to Sportsnet app using my Bell account, it tells me I don’t have a subscription to those channels.

Help please?

Question what your tv service , Fibe or sat tv ? Can you log in to bell tv app ?
With log in and can you see those channels . If you are able to watch the channels and see if it sportsnet app .
What type of device are you using was wondering too .

We have Sportsnet with our Fibe TV package and for the past several weeks been unable to access some of the programming via the APP. Normally we just enter our Bell login and start watching. Now some of the games are locked with a " not subscribed " message, they seem to be anything carried by Sportsnet Plus. We had been able to watch these previously, has Sportsnet Plus access been removed from the Bell package? According to Sportsnet if you have Sportsnet in your cable package you get Sportsnet + standard content at no additional cost to your TV subscription, they referred us back to Bell. After several chat conversations with Bell, they say Sportsnet + was never included . Not sure where to go from here.....

Please ensure that via your MyBell profile under your television programming that you are subscribed to the Sportsnet channels. If you have confirmed they are showing and you are subscribed, please try deleting your MyBell profile and then re-creating it to see if that resolves the issue you're experiencing and let the Community know how it goes.

Only channels within your TV programming are accessible when watching through the Sportsnet app. For example if you have Sportsnet One as a subscription, you'll be able to watch Sportsnet One content through the Sportsnet app. Sportsnet+ is not available through your television package. You can find further information directly through the Sportsnet site.
