Fibe TV - How to increase the volume level

My Bell was recently updated. Since then my volume seems to be limited to a scale of 1-15, where it used to be 1-30. How can I get louder volume back?

Thank you for posting your question.

Can you clarify what type of receiver you are using, or if you are watching TV on a device other than your receiver?Is the issue affecting a certain channel or all channels?

Did you check all of your TV & receiver connections? Did you check your TV settings? Verify TV HDMI & Audio settings? TV & Bell Fibe / Satellite remote working okay? Batteries Ok?

If you tried everything I suggested & nothing changed, I have one more idea. On your Bell remote, go to Menu > Settings > Audio and visual > Select Digital audio > Select Stereo > Save & back out to TV.

If the volume is too low you can follow the steps in this: helpful reply to adjust the devices volume in the receiver settings.
