How do I change the email associated with my Bell Media account?

Unable to log into my crave account on new firestick unless I use an old e mail and now says I have free crave account. I thought I had changed the e mail associated to my Bell account, but cannot verify. 2 part question, 1 why on the new device can I not log into my existing crave account and 2 how do I change the email associated to all my bell media accounts.

Based on your description I believe the issue may be that your Bell subscription is still linked to a different email address than the one you're trying to use on the new Fire Stick. When you sign in with the old email, does Crave show the free plan instead of your subscription? We recommend that you try to sign into Crave on a web browser with both the old email and the new email (using the "Forgot Password" option if necessary) to see which account Crave is linked to.

Could you also please confirm:

Is Crave currently included with your Bell services?
Are you signing into Crave directly with an email/password, or through the Bell TV Provider sign-in option?

When you log into your Bell Media account you can modify your email address in the settings/profile section. We do suggest verifying which email address your Crave subscription is currently linked to before making any changes though.
