&lt;P&gt;Can you clarify if you are using the Fibe TV app (which device are you using), or accessing Fibe TV through a receiver? If using a receiver please share which one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you seeing this error on multiple devices/receivers or just one?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my bell fivetv app is working when I use my data to stream (with Telus) when I use my wifi nothing seems to load and I can’t watch anything. The same is true with crave. I’m getting error 1009p/18.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no problems with Disney+, prime or Netflix on my wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are, can you share the device you're using (make/model), and if this happens on multiple devices while connected to your home Wi-Fi? Are you watching live TV or a recording?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We recommend trying out the &lt;STRONG&gt;Virtual repair tool&lt;/STRONG&gt; that we mentioned in the thread above, reboot your device, and then test to see if the same error pops up.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to be able to watch Fibre TV with being a Bell Satellite customer, but today I am getting this message 1009m/18.&amp;nbsp; Chat tech support says I am not using the correct browser.&amp;nbsp; I have tried the latest of Edge, Chrome and Firefox.&amp;nbsp; None work, but it used to work.&amp;nbsp; I have turned off any ad blockers.&amp;nbsp; So now what, I am being told I am not using the correct, latest browser, yet I am.&amp;nbsp; Now what do I do??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
