Anyone else having issues with 4k channels not working with the fibe tv app on there fire sticks?

the fire stick I have is 4k compatible..

I believe right now any 4K content from Bell is only available on the dvr comes with the very basic plan or Streamers,

Right now only movie rentals have 4k on Streamer. Other 4K content like sports and some channels’ on-demand sections will probably be available in the near future. At the end of Jan. a rep. told me via Live Chat that a new Streamer will be released “2-3 months” later. I guess they will release it during the summer vacation, so students will have time to be aware until the back-to-school season with offers. At the moment, the current Streamer & Apple TVOS app offers Restart to more programs and with 30hrs allowance since the end time instead of the start time like the dvr has been for years. Additionally, we don’t need to worry about the shorter time-frame if the following program doesn’t allow Restart at all.
