&lt;P&gt;Which television service are you using (Fibe or Satellite), and what type of TV receiver (make/model)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We recommend unplugging the equipment to reboot, and also please ensure that all of the cords are securely connected.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Error 004 on the 6500 is an issue detected on the Multidish switch. Are you still experiencing this issue and if so, is it only happening on this receiver or does it occur on other receivers (if you have additional receivers)?&lt;/P&gt;
