Maybe that patient installed the sportsnet app and logged his/her/their sportsnet acct on the hospital tv. Did you notice if there was a tiny sportsnet logo at the bottom of the screen? (NOT the big watermark at the top right corner.)

I work at a hospital, and the Blue Jays game has twice been on the patient TV at work and then not available on my Sportsnet and Regional Coverage channel, it's not on. The hospital is not paying for specialty channels. So are they on regular network channels? I don't understand. It's very frustrating.

There could be a few explanations:

1. If the Sportsnet regionals are "full" (like during the NHL Playoffs), Blue Jay games will be on Sportsnet ONE.

2. If it's a Friday night game, it may be part of MLB's deal with Apple TV, in which case the game is streaming only.
