&lt;LI&gt;Are you using Fibe TV or the Fibe TV app, and which type of device/receiver do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When do you get the error message, during live TV or On Demand/recording?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What type of connection are you using, wired/wireless?&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We recommend rebooting your equipment, and check to ensure that all cords are secure and intact.&lt;/P&gt;
