    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to set up a recording on our wireless PVR (VIP 2502) it just hangs when I select record. I get a message saying the PVR is busy please wait. I can't click anything to get out. The only thing I can do is unplug the PVR power. Any suggestions? We recently upgraded our wifi. Wondering if that is related. Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which receiver do you have? How old is it? Have you tried powering it off completely by unplugging it from the power source ? Wait 20 seconds. Plug it back in and it will reconnect to Bell. This will take 5-7 minutes to fully complete.
