&lt;LI&gt;Please share a photo of the error message with the Community so we can check it out.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is this occuring on more than one receiver in your home?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What steps do you take to access On Demand.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried rebooting your receiver?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How is your receiver is connected to the internet?&lt;/LI&gt;
