Wouldn't it be a great feature to understand that a series for a sports team means recording every game? I only pay for cable because of your monopoly on sports (CRTC has been asleep at the wheel), so features like these would make the monopoly situation slightly more palatable. Consider your competition is NBA League Pass, which has customer friendly features, but due to the fact they can't carry live games because of your unholy monopoly makes it the only reason I can't cancel cable.

For SNL, series recording gets confused on when the new episodes time is. There is an earlier rerun of SNL most Saturday nights and the PVR records that instead of the actual episode that airs at 11:30pm. I cant find the setting to make it record at the proper time.

There are only 2 things I want to record, and Bell does a bad job of both. Every Raptors game, and every SNL. Because they are live events, the FibeTV app can't figure out they should record the series. Can there be an option to record every Raptors game? And can there be an option that records SNL properly every week despite there being a new host? It's so frustrating when this is the only reason I have a PVR, and it struggles with both

For the games of a specific team, you need to search the keywords and record every one of the upcoming slots.
idk why Saturday Night Live has problems too. Did you try to set up a recording mission for series?

Yeah but Bell has been with Mediakind. It’s much older than Comcast’s Xfinity platform, has more clients than Comcast, and the shrinking pay tv industry isn’t competitive, so it takes time for Mediakind to make big changes. FYI: I’m just a customer. Only Moderators and Community Managers represent Bell on this forum. You should report this kind of problem to a live agent ASAP next time.

Sounds like the schedule was wrong. Now I can only see reruns on NBC Seattle and they are after live episodes.
