&lt;P&gt;Can you clarify which TV receiver you are using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We also recommend trying out the suggestion from &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1547681209"&gt;@BellNick&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; and testing a different electrical outlet to see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;

We would first recommend trying to plug the receiver into another power outlet to determine if it is the receiver or your power outlet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Looking forward to hearing back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;we had a power cut and my set top box is flashing red blue and the power button is flashing.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;I have a no signal message.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;I have unplugged and replugged every connection three times.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;nothing changes&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
