      <title>Fibe TV app having Virgin Plus update warning</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For several weeks now when I open my BELL FIBE TV app (downloaded via Google Play Store) ver. 16.0.5.59787 I will from time to time get a nag notification telling me to upgrade to the Virgin TV Plus app. Claiming as of October 13th I must upgrade. As this occurs infrequently I was not able to get a screen shot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify, what type of device are you using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does this notification pop up right in the Bell Fibe TV app while you are watching live content?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The two apps do not coincide with each other, and it appears to simply be a notification from the Virgin Plus app in the background.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A few things that you can try are:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your device.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall/reinstall the app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall the Virgin Plus app entirely (if you are not using it).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how everything is going.&lt;/P&gt;

The Virgin pop-up appears when I open my Fibe TV app. I mostly use it to control the TVs as it works better than the remote control.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not, we would suggest trying that.&lt;BR /&gt;Looking forward to hearing back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
