&lt;LI&gt;What is telling you that you need an Amazon account, the Fibe TV app directly or the Fire Stick?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried uninstalling the app and re-installing?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried unplugging the Fire Stick from the power source and re-trying?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you attempted to factory reset the Fire Stick?&lt;/LI&gt;
